SEEKING ALPHA

SEEKING ALPHA
is a 'CROWD-SOURCED CONTENT SERVICE FOR FINANCIAL MARKETS'. CC Abbott works for Seeking Alpha. When Thomvest took over 80% of PLI, I think we may have ceased being treated as a TSX stockholder per say but rather looked at as INVESTORS FOR EQUITY CROWD SOURCED FUNDING. The rules are very different, very relaxed, not a lot of reporting etc etc. Thomvest could raise $ with a lot less red tape by using equity crowdsourcing rather than other types financing. Apparently equity crowdsouced funding needs lots of investors but small amounts of $. It's a way to raise $ and be in control (Thomvest) with much less reporting and commitment to the investor. It's a wild guess, but I think Prometic retail investors with all the benefits of having been listed on the TSX may now become an equity crowdsourced investors...... Do your own due diligence! I really do think PLI will get delisted from the TSX.
