Insiders bought in last private placement in May

Insiders bought in last private placement in MayAs we wait to see if these 2 binding LOI's are signed by June 1, I was looking at the last private placement.  They issued 833,340 units of which insiders bought up 500,000. This is from 6 May. So one would think that insiders still have confidence in the share price and company if they are still buying.
