There is an unfortunate disconnect between when the price of oil rises, the SP growth for Canadian energy does not go up. Yet when oil goes down, we certainly go along with it. This is a industry wide situation, and not company specific. This is the 6th time in 3 years the RSI has been at this level of 'oversold'. And every single time buyers emerge and bring it back up.
