Why IPL is down so sharply today
IPL had been trading in an ascending channel for the previous four trading sessions. When the U.S. and Canadian markets fell sharply this morning, IPL broke below the uptrend line of this channel triggering technical selling. Barring any more idiotic policy moves by Donald Trump, I am confident that IPL will regain its footing and take another run at $21.00 before its dividend record date next month.
