since last quarter there has been some deterioration in earnings. One of their stated issues with oil sands division revenues has been the impacts of curtailment. They have been working to improve this as more competition has popped up. Oil dropping could have an impact. As well, I haven't looked at natural gas etc, but if continued weakness then it could impact their NGL division.
Just makes things tighter for them. Something that is not welcome considering they still have some time to go with Heartland. Plus we need to see if the payout ratio will improve from last quarter.
