all investors should call and speak to Taj if they have concerns like I did. It's not my job to try and convince you wich way to vote but since I have been in Levon for such a long time and believed in the asset I wouldn't want investors to make a mistake imo. First off your concerned with the way Discovery has spent there money. Ron who I liked keep in mind was a terrible steward of capital. I used to speak to Ron once a month and begged him to go after some good assets that were selling for pennies on the dollar. He told me he and Vic have been looking but cant seem to pull the trigger. Ron had 40 mil in the til and was able to piss it all away imo, imagine what he could have accumulated in this bear market. Rob Mcewan was able to pick up a deposit that had over 500 million spent on it for 35 million. All levon shareholders should go to the oxygen capital website and see what they did with 3 of the 4 companies so far with Discovery being the 4th. They are very good stewards of capital imo and in this business its all about the people behind it. That being said this is where the 11 mil was spent and I think it was a good job.
C$11mil over 2 years
Exploration (detailed geological mapping, geochemical sampling of 3 large - scale projects to get them ready for drilling) $5m
Permitting (7projets) C$1.5M
Property Acquisition costs (acquiring new ground) C$0.5m
Property taxes & surface Access C$1m
Corporate costs (incl. saaries) & Mexico staff & overhead C$3M
To note, permitting, property acquisition, and exploration costs to get properties ready for drilling are one time costs.
Im voting yes and started buying more levon and will be buying more discovery as well until the deal is complete
Hope this helps
