RE:We were mothballed,(before)____The problem with the Jervois merger proposal is that it changes nothing.  They do not have the cash needed to complete the mill and mine.  Where is the upside for eCobalt following a merger with Jervois.  If existing shareholders were already finished, then sell the mill/min/deposit as is and liquidate, returning cash to shareholders.  Certainly the mill/mine/deposit is worth more then the existing $33M market cap of eCobalt at current SP.  It is still the closest to a operational cobalt mine in the US and it does have a very significant cobalt deposit with permits in place to mine.
