RE:Can anyone explain what a 3rd party derivative sale means?  To do with the conversion price of the 6 mil derivitive, at .388 cents per, does it mean they bought lots themselves, Iam asking, not telling? I'd like that answer myself,it would show a lot of confidence if they are involved to the extent, tat is for sure!
