If shorts have piled on to control this stock, unfortunately it is possible.

What I have yet to see on this downturn is high volume. Almost 12 million shares traded on news of the licence. A definitive bottom or wash out would need around half that. Instead this is dripping, not the typical scenario for a bottom. If we break below low 80c level we may get a panic flush.
