RE:Expecting Big Gap up tomorrow- MMENThis is good news, its ONE less thing to worry about, but you're delusional if you honestly think this one 20M lawsuit was holding this company back from achieving a 8.7B market cap - It's currently at like 2.35B (fully diluted). I like their tactical approach to tourist heavy locations to build a retail brand, but I dont think they can achieve that market cap until they are EBITA positive, or at least trending towards it.
