RE:RE:BCE ex dividend but that only explains .80 cents downMy guess is that investors are reacting to Rogers offering a $75 phone plan with no overage charges...and yesterday the other telco's followed suit with their low priced plans.  So, profitability may be reduced overall in the sector.
