RE:RE:RE:Consonance

RE:RE:RE:ConsonanceAll this is a freak show. Thomvest and Consonance already have their scenarios ready and Consonance does not have to have 774 millions to get all the shares they want. The number of shares Consonance will grab will also depend on how many more they want to keep according to what they know as insiders and how many they already sold to different party in order to cover a part of their investment. Also I would suspect bet that it could also depend on how the AMF has put pressure on Thomvest since they are still working on the case and the ratio left to the original shareholder might be important in the case, so depending on the pressure put by the AMF, the ratio could be in the 7 for 1 range to please the AMF and show they did not wipe out completely the original shareholders. I guess we will know at the AGM what will be the final ratio and much more. I bet on a 6.7 to 1 ratio so that Thomvest can say they were telling the truth when they said they really allow the shareholders to be slightly diluted!!!
