Due to the cash strapped position of the company they have not been receiving compensation other than stock options. 
Stock options don’t pay the bills unless exercised.  

Agree they might cash cash out one day but how long do you go without a steady check?  

Or or perhaps the 200k is to start the mining project LOL
might be able to get a few shovels and airline tickets.  

I dont really see this this as a positive IMO
