What are FSD biggest mistakes? - BIG compensation for all the chiefs and bonus for bogus deals
- Hiring people wrong people. People who are not committed and treat it as part time job. Most of them are not passionate or an expert in cannabis, not even in alcohol industry. Too many pictures of gathering/networking, instead of working on their tangible asset.
- Lack of investment in technology or IT QC and innovative branding. This is because they are hiring old people to do young people jobs. Head of communication/IR is not aware of whats going on and gave outdated info. No clarification on previous deals.
- Weak strategy and too stuck up, unless it was their intention to make bogus deals with shell companies. Anthony didn't want to acquire smaller LP, instead FSD acquired Prismic that has no revenue or product or land. Having a product launch and generating real revenue asap should be the priority.
- No shame in changing strategy, utilize the land for outdoor too and be everywhere. Start your own edible instead of waiting for JV.
Who I want to see on board: master grow, factory experts, alcohol/tobaco marketing expert, CFA with agribusiness experience. Raza was CEO and how the hell he came back, he is all talks and not an expert in Cannabis. Change the head of communication. Flood the market with your products.
CEO and VP getting paid $1,4M is too much for weak progress or weak deals. I'm sure they can reduce their pay by half and hire permanent master grows. I prefer a mastergrow as CEO.
