RE:RE:RE:RE:Most investors would realize the the dilution is minor...That formula is reliable only if one believes the MC is a reasonable estimate of value on a per share basis. For start-ups it has to do with the present value of projected cash flows going forward and then discounted appropriately. This value is then compared with industry transactions indicate the cost is per square for cannabis facilities; and per Kilgrams produced per annum per square foot or allowed to produce per annum per square foot (whichever is lower).
