Long term is to sell all of c series to airbus.  Airbus got 50.01% for Nothing to  help bbd in selling more and get supplier price down etc.  What we don’t know about is what is the agreed upon value of the remaining c series shares held by bombardier.  This value is probably in the agreement which understandably is kept a secret and could be based on formula that factors in qty sold, qty in backlog, program cost etc. Etc.  I think if c series were sold all at once last year to airbus then it would be worth less. giving half for free now so Airbus can sell more and give it credibility then sell the rest of the shares will bring more money later.
