RE:RE:AEM bought in many years ago @ 20 cents...I'm not sure I'd rule them out yet.  To me an obvious strategy would let these two fight it out until one takes a pass and then dive in if they felt a superior offer still made sense for PRB.  I've never followed a bidding war before - is it common to have 3 in the fray at the same time?  I'm not sure what would be the incentive to be the third person into the pool when the fight was still going out.  Wait for someone to drown first imo.
