RE:RE:RE:RE:Jervois merger plansThanks for alerting me to that FCC purchase. Accordingly, I have decided to check JRV's track record and on 30 July 2018, they announced that they purchased 7.2m ECS. 

If you go to their quarterly cash flow report on the same day, they disclosed that they spent A$10.2m in "investments" which I presume was primarily related to the ECS purchase (happy to be corrected if wrong)

If that's the case, then they paid a whooping ~A$1.40 in REAL money for each ECS share and are ~85% down at the moment.

Suffice to say, neither FCC nor JRV have covered themselves in glory with their ECS investments and FYI I do not believe ECS should engage FCC at all UNLESS they sign a binding deal with Glencore... otherwise like JRV their refinery is also unproven value
