RE:Since it is a holiday OK, now lots say they don't get the oil license yet. And the build out doesn't happen since they have no funds coming in. What if they don't get the oil license till Oct. WHat if what if what if. This is the last company anyone should be guessing time lines on. They were supposed to have 220,000 last December. So rather than try and paint a pretty future pic of what ifs, lets get some facts from IR on anything and go from there.
