This is the story I figure out

When Bitcoin was at 3000 range, Pat thought KASH is done, then he signed the deal with Digi about dumping it, plus he has to keep quite all time. Now the price is shooting high, he is regret and he still own the big chunk shares to vote, Digi is afraid of it, so they keep pushing their great idea that they can win the voting.
