This “Deal”

This “Deal” Hi All - I used to post on this BB bit after 23 years of non-performance, I just gave up and decided to ride it into the ground or into the clouds.  I owned at over $3.00.  I apologize to all for being sooo non-interested.
I simply don’t understand how Callahan and the BoD can propose this as in the best interest of shareholders BUT it may well be in the best interests of the BoD and certainly Callahan, who has a $1,000,000 fee involved.
This mine is literally a few months away from production, although the last couple of mine progress update news releases indicate it has had an anchor thrown overboard to slow any progress.
This is the only North American high quality Cobalt mine that is close to production. Cobalt is a strategic metal and there is an increasing demand in the expanding battery business.
Farqueson and Honsinger are quality people who I have spoken to several times and I can assure everybody here that they are men of their word.
I am voting NO to this horrible suggestion.  If it drops to pennies, so be it because I am well over twenty years and know it is worth more than .35 pennies or some other equally ridiculous price.
I will also vote against the Directors for the new next AGM.
I am appalled that this would even be presented to shareholders !!
personal regards - again !!!
