Analyst updates and upgrades

Analyst updates and upgradesI'm not sure if their analysts participated in the recent site tour, but here are two recent price target upgrades.

National Bank, June 28th, 2019
$7.75 => $8.25

RBC Capital, June 26th, 2019
$7.00 => $8.00

Sherm, I am equal puzzled by this situtation and I can't help thinking there is some sort of strategic selling going on to keep the price down? Who would be selling and why with gold on fire and the plant issues largely addressed? Very few people bought the stock at below this current price range.
