RE:Lithium Article
RE:Lithium ArticleTiger. NLC's advantage is own mine economics. Yes market is saturated and very competitive now, but NLC is one of most competitive company, assuming PFS 3K/tonne is achievable..
OK, NLC will contribute to oversupply and price will go down to 8K, there will be a lot more projects delay, some bankruptcies, some conservations, but NLC will still be super-profitable.
After supply reduction there will be pause, due to inventory accumulation but with continuous growth of demand, it won't be long until prices will gradually increase and all of it to NLC'sbottom line. M/b NLC will even expand production then...
The key is to convince an investor to such scenario (or similar) and obtain financing at appropriate dilution level. Every time analysts put their pricing on NLC it is above $2 and they are all aware about over-supply.
I, also, think that we are going to witness sudden accelleration of demand and their forecast.
As soon as customers will see long range EV models and start ordering, governments will have to wake up and start building infrastrcuture, as people will see a lot more infrastructure they will start more ordering; then, prices will go down on volume & new tech. and when customers will see prices go down.....they will start ordering....
NLC, now, is hold and buy. 73M cap will go up fast after financing is on the table. This project is one of the world's best. Pilot plant news + EIC acceptance will pave the road to it and we are 2-3 month from it (hopefully EIC is positive)
Let's not forget, that our resource is about to be updated in most lucrative zone..
How many world's best projects are abandoned?
