The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc., is a licensed producer of medical and recreational cannabis products and operates a 95,000-square-foot Health Canada licensed production facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

I think you will find that they will fill the full over allotment as this is a great deal for new investors to get in for so cheap as the company ramps up production. Unfortunately the first group of investors at $2.70 got burned with all the initial exuberance in the legalization of cannabis in Canada and companies like Canopy and others were promising the moon and not delivering yet but they will. Remember Amazon and look at it now. Delta Nine is already delivering and will rise each and every QTR as they expand growth.
