RE:RE:Shareholder class-action lawsuit against BOD4

I’m aware that some shareholders are planning on using their rights to purse legal action against the BOD4, to recoup their losses and possibly the opportunity cost of holding shares in CGLD while being maliciously mislead by the board of directors.

Certainly, from the date of this ruling, any company funds that the BOD4 spend on furthering their attempts to scam shareholders, or funds used in attacking Keith Pigot, will eventually be recouped from the BOD4 personal holdings.

I hope shareholder read this and join our cause, but also that the parties involved come to their senses and simply resign, instead of digging themselves deeper holes.
