See, that’s one thing I really like about this company, they’re ahead of the curve... ready to remove 2500kg of indoor production and convert the facility rather than build a new one from scratch and spend more capital just to preserve their indoor capacity when they  know they will produce a much higher quantity outdoors - and at a much better cost - in other words when they know it would eventually get to that anyway. To me it’s good allocation of resources, and that’s what competent leaders do. 
Also tells you how confident they are that their plan is working...
