RE:When there is Restructuring Normally the bad news (if any) comes out at the time of a major restructuring announcement because you want to get it over in one go. Since there was no bad news released with this restructuring, I am betting on positive things are coming soon. I get your point about waiting due to poor liquidity. For me I have been buying a bit at these prices as I am expecting that positive announcements are coming (see my previous posting).
