I do however believe the valuation on CURA is simply due to it not being accessible to US investors or Canadian institutional buyers due to the CSE listing. Also the chairman of CURA did say they are pointing to the Europe market next. I guess we will see. Not sure I heard that rumour yet of Bruce heading to CURA...
