HOLDING TIGHT ON THIS ONE

HOLDING TIGHT ON THIS ONE

bought at $5.80 up to $8.50.

The management bought millions of $$$ worth back in Q4 2019 and steady since then.

I was adding right along side the executives. Yield is stupid high and dont need to cut it, maybe the will but I doubt it.

They need to get the payout ratio down but otherwise cashflow is improving and they should be announcing some capital recycling.

USA economy is holding strong. Trump will keep it strong for next 4 years as manufacturing and companies come back to USA.

Almost out of the forest.
