It's been messy for some time. 

Many of us shareholders knew something was afoot over a year ago.

The big point now is that the sham merger is history. Another sham attempt we will slam shut pretty quickly.

There are a number of offers already that were slammed shut by this board. 

Yes they have squandered a lot of our money already. So going forward we'll make sure of clarity.

Core has incredible valuable resources. Open pit mining at 4+g/ton and a blue sky potential is very rare and hence the quite reasonable off by Zhaojin.  We must also remember that Copper Duke had an offer of 40% of that property back in 2007 for favourable terms even at the much lower metal prices. The Ecuador mining moratorium put that to sleep.

Well no point looking backward Core is very valuable and we will be heading to make this a billion dollar company.
