Yes, it matters. If not for the pimp management's stupid unnecessary dilution, and the promised JV "in the immediate future " yet never turned out to be real, and the scheduled phase 2 supposed to be in last December, we could probably see $10/share, and $100 maybe just around the corner, or if without the stupid Stockholm syndrome style low level PPs, we might get $300/share..... So it really matters, idiot management style not matching the technology for sure...
