Misleading news release I'm with you Rumproast. The news released appeared to be highly misleading. I guess desperate times call for desperate measure by the company who is under severe pressure by investors to release something / anything that could be considered a positve development.
Read a little closer......
" PharmaCielo Colombia Holdings S.A.S., announced today that it has completed the necessary permitting process required to enable Colombia's first commercial export and sale of non-psychoactive (CBD) isolate.
The extensive process fulfils the extensive and final regulatory obligations required, including individual approvals by the Colombian Ministries of Health and Justice, in order to commence product exportation. With this prerequisite accomplished,"
It would seem that investors were mislead into beleiving they actually got the PERMIT, however the lcarefully worded language actually says that they basically just got the rubber stamps by several individual approvals needed to complete the APPLICATION. Now they must wait several months for the export PERMIT. Yes , the application process is complete with these approvals....but no final export PERMIT issued.
Who cares about export permits anymore anyways. There are at least 6 firms in Columbia right now that are all awaiting the same thing. Its old news. All those 100's of thosands of shares that "freind" of the company bought in advance of this are now getting burned. Sell on news.....especially fake news. Nothing left to look forward to now. Next stop $3 as all the rubes unload and more cheap paper keeps selling.
...and also nice to see some others on this board such as Mingzou also recognizing that there are over 14 miilion cheap stock options out there that are still deep in the money and being excercised on a regular basis and then the stock sold. Add another 8 MM or cheap stock that just became free trading in June and July and thats the 20-22 MM shares for sale I mentioned. Only a complete fool would buy stock at the levels we are still at when all this cheap paper is flooding the market. Randomtask needs to go back to school to understand how the maket really works. Gullible investors like him are always the guys that get burned in these type of stocks.
