Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Something Shady Went Down Today

Something Shady Went Down Today...and it was not Aphria's doing.

I am not big on conspiracy theories, but this just seems like a setup.  A low rank analyst with CIBC pushes out a downgrade in the worst sector decline while APHA is in no position to counter.  Then there is that spike of over a million shares being sold off all at once.

Someone, or some entity bought those shares.

I am frustrated with the silence during the last three months...but know ProfC and I expect the truth is being told about the state of the art facilities and the operational efficiencies.

I experienced many of the same thoughts today as I did last December...this time around though there is no short report or attack.  I did not buy or sell any APHA shares today.

I wish my fellow longs all the best during this trying period.  I hope it pays off for us.
