Whats the story with SUN

Whats the story with SUNHas this stock just fallen off because of the downward pressure on all Cannabis stocks or does it have to do with there acquisitions and capital spending? Previously been invested in the company interested it possibly hopping back in at these levels, Any opinions and information is helpful along with my research.
