RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Questions for conf callThx for posting Hawk. I agree some of these numbers are concerning. However, when considering the market type, the figures fair well within what seems to be the industry norm. I would even state better than some of the well known LP Co in their early stages. (See SEDAR for Canopy, Tilray, Hexo and Organigram as the figures are too long to list here.).
With that said, these calculations are concerning in and out of context. What must be retained to mind when reading your comment, is that all pot stocks have over valuations slim to no profit for revenue and abundant debt load.
I also agree with the inevitable influx of flower. However, what differs greatly with Sproutly is that it is first and foremost recognized as a bio tech co in the medical sector and not relying solely on their LP for sale.
Sproutly Canada Inc, formerly Stone Ridge Exploration Corp, is a Canada-based company engaged in the alternative medicine sector. The Company, through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Toronto Herbal Remedies Inc., is an Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) Licensed Producer of cannabis. I have to disagree when you imply that the priority is caliber. Sproutly is strategically diversified to compete in various niches with precise timing. What all other pot stocks do not have is APP technology. This is obviously not part of the SEDAR figures but must be considered. This small cap company may have the concerning similarities on the SEDAR to that of every other pot co, but it is well ahead of the pack in technology. The company is in the hands of qualified and seasoned professionals with many years of experience.
These numbers, however concerning, must be read and understood far beyond present simple calculations. Otherwise, without taking a look at the entire picture, no one would have invested in the cannabis sector. This is not a market for the weak stomached investor. A cannabis stock investor must be willing to lose what they put in the “pot” and to the flip side, you can not win what you do not put into the “pot”. Those with foresight can understand the potential in Sproutly the tech and management. Although nothing is ever certain, the SEDAR is limited info without all considerations.
IMO,
