Its destination services offer a range of products for customers of outgoing tour operators: hospitality and representation, excursions, tours, sports and other activities, specialty services and others. Its retail distribution consists of providing advice to travelers and selling consumer products.

Yes, agree...I too doubt Group Mach will get as many shares as they want.

Their move however will reinforce a NO vote.

Depending on what excuse the Special Comittee comes up with, I can also smell a non confidence vote in management and the board of directors coming soon.
