Township of Pelham and Cannatrust

Township of Pelham and CannatrustI wonder if the township of Pelham decided to put the year long by-law review on cannabis related purposes due to the Cannatrust fiasco.  I am sure it added pressure to the city council to take a breather and assess how the township moves forward with new permis in the cannabis industry.  It appears that Leviathan was in good standing order with its compliance for light and odor restrictions.  It will be very interesting to see how this litigation plays out.  Leviathan could become a multifaceted cannabis play with its recent move into the CBD Isolate production and pending deal at Pelham.
