Mac > No, we have everything covered it is a difficult process that we have
undertaken. I see some comments on the forms about it and they couldn't
be more wrong. The bureaucratical hoops are very tedious and we had to
do three at the same time: change of business, restructuring, change of
exchange and closing of a major related party acquisition.
