RE:Need more media/articles...
That is exactly right SGordon!!.  Make alot of noise, that is the only way to get the attention of the News Media, the Authorities and the individuals committing this injustice.

Argex shareholders, please do not underestimate the power of our voices.

We deserve to be heard, we are an integral component in the global investment community and should not be dismissed so easily. The small retail investor needs to come forward and say..... enough is enough .

There needs to be more stringent law enforcement to deter corporations from so easily eliminating the shareholder for their own personal greed.

Shareholders  seem to have no rights and yet if there were no shareholders, there would be no public companies. We deserve to have a stronger position and voice in publicly traded companies that we invest in.

Shareholders need to voice stongly their dissatisfaction and concerns regarding misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, misconduct, misleading news releases, manipulation of stock trading, etc.,, to the companies they are invested in and to the proper authorities.

If we do not fight for justice for ourselves, then who will?

Respectfully,grandpa67
