RE:Folks......I have to say that

RE:Folks......I have to say that Sherm. For all you enthusiasm i commend you. I agree that they have a great property and control the regional play and they will someday get the operations figured out and make the money they should.

But I'm not sure why you are fixated on the idea that they will be sold to new owners. The stock is  just under 29% controlled by Newmont and just under 31% by Resource Capital Fund. The stock will not be sold/taken over by anyone but Newmont. Those 2 investors along with the debt holder Sprott control the stock. Case in point the public announcement about delaying the financial statement release wher all three parties were named as they negotiate (fight) over the revamp financing due to future covenent breaches which are in my opinion caused by the poor performance of the company with respect to recovery rates at the mill. The problem has dragged on to long and I'm sure those 3 investors are not happy about the duration of the problem.

Don't kid yourself that this thing could be sold to anyone else. Consider the company a subsidiary of Newmont because they are the so called head office for the company. The project is a great one and I anticipate that at some point it will be consolidated in a friendly takeover by Newmont.

There is no question you have a pretty good handle on the operations and the opportunity that exists at TMAC but the thought that they are in discussions with other suitors is misguided. it just isn't going to happen.
