The company intends to release financials prior to the open of markets on Tuesday August 20.  If the results were negative I would be of the opinion that they would wait until the close of markets on the Thursday or Friday so the share-price wouldn't get crucified during the trading day.  By releasing the results early in the week and prior to the open it could be a very positive trading day for the company stock.
