RE:Just a questionThe American legal framework for sports betting at present is state by state. This approval is from New Jersey for betting and an app to be used within state lines. The agreement with Penn National sets the path for SCR into employing their betting program in other listed states. Not all states currently have plans to legalize sports betting, but a healthy majority do. One can presume that the rest of the States (and Canada) will look into legalization when they realize that they are missing out on massive tax revenue and that their citizens are betting “illegally” anyhow. Hell, all states and Canada are already in the sports betting game by permitting Proline type betting (which is skewed heavily against the bettor)
