RE:Compartmentalizing for NJ Deal

RE:Compartmentalizing for NJ Deal I didn't read anywhere in the MD&A about the separating eSports from the Sportsbook operation but it does make logical sense. My understanding was that the meeting was to execute the name change and to vote on the continuance of the corporation within the province of BC.

Currently the SCR is incorporated under the OBCA (Ontario Business Corporations Act) which places certain restrictions on the company that prohibit it from offering shares to the public if it were non compliant with specific restrictions. The BCBCA, (British Columbia Business Corporation Act) has some midly looser regulations that allow SCR to operate in a manner that is benefitical to them and that allows them to facilitate their sportsbook in NJ and the broader US Market.

I wouldn't want to sell the eSports portion of the company tbh, as I think there is a lot of $$ to be made in that market. It's quite and up and coming growth industry imo.
