Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Spin outs

Spin outsPositive conversation with Daniel Ostermann today regarding future spin outs of silver and coal assets.  Seems obvious this step is required to take on development debt for Gibellini.  My question was will PCY shareholders get a piece of the spin co’s?  Or are you going to pull an Osisko?
His reply was clear that the management stance is to reward shareholders for their support in the event of spin outs, so I’m taking him at his word for now and continuing to hold.  In the current environment I think that the coal holdings, and the silver holdings represent the majority of the value of the company.  Jmho
