RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Second Quarter 2019 and Recent ActivitiesIf no new offer appears this is a done deal The ROFR is a major obstacle because a hostile bidder can waste his time and money making an offer that gets snatched away.
A better suit would be one challenging his claim of not knowing there were no sales and not knowing there were no consumable purchases, but no one who bought his $3 shares did that, so I can't see a suit over this takeover if no offer even appears.
