The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

About right, Alex

We must take into account Pacific's cash position, people on Board, and institutions behind it. Yes I believe Pcy is grossly undervalued, definitely a multi bagger from here.......In a full blown silver bullet market..'...perhaps a 10 to 15 bagger. Best of luck to all longs.
