The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Excluding debt, the Company had a working capital deficit of $7,486,988 at June 30, 2019 compared to a deficit of $10,895,611 at December 31, 2018. Although the current liquidity position and operations have improved, the Company expects to seek financing in addition to cash generated from operations in the future, either by way of equity, debt or drawn down under the Standby Commitment. While the Company has been successful in raising funds to date, there can be no assurance that such funds will be available to the Company on terms that it finds acceptable.
