Where’s the $$$???

Where’s the $$$???I like the deal, not sure if I have a choice to hate it...is it a home run? No! Does it work and will it move the needle North? Yes! My only question is this...(and just from first glance as I haven’t had the time to break down Platina and its financials) where is the money in this deal coming from? They have over 250 million shares outstanding and no positive cash flow other than financings...ie no production numbers, not to mention an outdated website. At first site, now that I digest this transaction (pending of course) presentations are nice but overall it’s looking like a long shot (shady).  Even more so, not much chatter revolving between the deal considering its potentially 70% of our only real “flagship” project.

any thoughts???
