40:1 vote NO for sure, only on the conference call once. All I know that he has all facilities except for kash's shell, whcih I didn't understand. He has power system, software for miners, building, how hard to go IPO by himself. why need our shell? There must be something going on, Like he said all the time , it is easy for him to buy more riggers to replace all current ones. Why waiting then? He must play BS on us at certain

point.
