Best/worst/probable case scenario?

Best/worst/probable case scenario?Would appreciate a more educated view than mine on what the best/worst/probable case scenario for Traverse is. The one thing I have is patience. But does Traverse? Is there a clock ticking somewhere? They seem to own a great deal of land, or is “own” the correct word here? Comments anyone?
